General
• All exchange or return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your package.
• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
• Kit Konnect reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the terms and conditions are not met.
Returns for Bigger Sizes
• If a customer needs to return a jersey for a bigger size, they are required to pay R150 courier fees for the jersey to be collected from their house. We will ship the new jersey back to them at no additional cost.
• Alternatively, customers can pay R100 to drop off the jersey at their nearest Courier Guy branch for the exchange.
Mystery Boxes
• Jerseys included in mystery boxes cannot be swapped if the customer is unhappy with the team they received.
• Jerseys can only be exchanged if there are faults or defects with the item.

Discount Vouchers
To apply a discount voucher to your order, please provide a screenshot of the voucher at the time of purchase. Kindly note the following guidelines:
- Only one discount voucher can be used per order.
- Vouchers cannot be combined or used together in a single order.
- Each voucher is valid for one order only.
- Vouchers & Promo codes CANNOT be applied to items that are already on sale.

A mystery box is a fun way to increase your jersey collection with surprise items. Each box contains one football jersey from various teams.
Unfortunately, the contents of a mystery box are random, which adds to the excitement! However you can tell us which teams to exclude.
To place an order, simply browse our collection, screenshot your desired items, WhatsApp them to us and we will process your order.
Once your order is processed we will send you the amount as well as our banking details and you can EFT us.
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, Gauteng based orders take 2-3 business days and all other locations take 3-5 business days.
