Competition & Giveaway Ts & Cs
1. Winner Verification:

All winners of any Kit Konnect competition or giveaway are required to send a short video of themselves showing the items they have won.
Failure to submit this video will result in disqualification, and an alternative winner will be chosen.

2. Social Media Requirement:

To be eligible to win, participants must be following Kit Konnect on both Instagram and TikTok at the time of the draw.
If this condition is not met, the prize will be forfeited.

3. Group Chat Giveaways:

Giveaways run within Kit Konnect group chats are only open to members who actively participate in the group.
Members who are inactive will not be considered for entry or winning

Prize Winner Requirement:
All winners of any KitKonnect-related prizes are required to submit a short video confirming their win. The video must clearly state the competition they won and the prize received.
We accept returns only for damaged items that are reported within 24 hours of receiving your package. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

To apply a discount voucher to your order, please provide a screenshot of the voucher at the time of purchase. Kindly note the following guidelines:
